Open Letter to Athletizen Patients. I have been practicing Acupuncture since 2004 and as of September first will be doing so only on a house call basis.

After much difficult deliberation, I have decided to close my medical practice and become a full time mom to my three little boys. As much as I enjoy my business, I feel it is in the best interests of my family to turn the focus to them at least while they are so young.

There are many of you with whom I have developed close relationships over the years, and it is not easy for me to move forward and make this change. I have developed a plan that I believe optimally meets your individual ongoing Naturopathic and Acupuncture needs.

I plan to make myself available to do “House-Call Acupuncture” visits. I will be handling the scheduling myself. Treatment costs remain the same, $150 for new patients and $90 for follow up treatments, and I will continue to provide Superbills for reimbursement from your insurance company. I will also provide a discount to those of you who wish to combine treatments with a friend or family member – If I only have to drive to one location to treat several patients, I will do each follow up treatment for $75, and any new patient acupuncture intake for $125. I will travel with my treatment table.
